Need to Improve Delivery Timeline/EstimatesThe delivery timelines provided are entirely incorrect. It's been four weeks (Ordered April 9th, it's now May 5th), and I still haven't received my vitamins. Last time it took three weeks, which I assumed was just a fluke. Considering how expensive these are, I'd expect better delivery times. They are coming from Kentucky via DHL, so quite confused on why it takes over four weeks. I will source my vitamins from a different provider moving forward.

I’m really pleased with the product, I’ve been having it for a while now and the service is 5star. Always on time and packaged well.

These are natural and healthy and expensive because of it. I have only been taking them for a month and haven’t felt any different whatsoever. I have reordered some more before I start running low, just in case I haven’t given it long enough to work. I have also ordered the collagen tablets (hopefully I’ll see the results better).

I love Garden of Life products.There are some combinations of ingredients I haven't been able to find anywhere else. I've found specialist products for myself and for my partner and wouldn't want to be without either.

Order a month ago and still, my product hasn't arrived. Was on the phone to customer service only for 2 hours only for the lady to cancel my call.Would definitely not recommend. They will probably comment under this saying 'we cannot find your order number' like they have on every other negative post. STAY AWAY GUYS!!!

Order 258866063. I have tracking info saying the item will be delivered 05 Dec, to date still no order has arrived. I have found it hard to contact GOL to speak to someone about my missing order. Called CS this morning, waiting for 45 mins only to be to be told the DHL tracking delivery is for arrival in the UK and not “delivery tracking”, why doesn’t the website say so, er just let me go get my tarot cards out. Full of apologies about the delay, the estimated delivery time could now be 2 weeks, didn’t say that on the website when I ordered. So, if you are planning to purchase goods for this side of Christmas, I would strongly advise you not to order from GOL. If my order doesn’t appear it will be another dispute via PayPal. I expect a .uk site to be that, not from the USA. I was 2nd in the call que but waited 45 mins?I have noticed other reviews about GOL and being issued with imported goods tax demands, the advisor this morning glossed over this stating that they sort out the tax duty of the goods. Very bad experience. I’ve had an order delivered that I placed on 30 October today 26 November with £13 customs charge. I sought out the company for good quality protein and avoided US companies because I didn’t want to pay customs. It all looked like a UK site. I’ve not tried the protein and don’t care what it’s like now. I wouldn’t buy from again.Update: I replied to Garden of Life with my order number and details an hour after they requested them. I will update the review if I get any further responses. Also, not trying to put any negativity in the world! Just highlighting the incredibly slow delivery and blinking custom charges :)Second update: A week later GOL haven’t replied to the request for further information that I provided.

We usually purchase our vitamins with Garden of Life. There are usually excellent promotions to take advantage of and even during the lockdown we still received our order quickly. Their shipping is exceptional and the fee is very competitive. Excellent service and their options make taking our vitamins easy and enjoyable. I hope they don't suffer the effects of 2020 as so many businesses have. As long as they are making great, clean products, we will purchase from them. Keep up the great work!
